Vitamin D – “I’m A Survivor!”

Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to perseverance. Challenges are going to constantly come your way, day in and day out. However, you are a SURVIVOR! You will conquer, you will make it and the key is to not give up!

In 2001, the lovely ladies of Destiny’s Child charted their hit single, “Survivor” with that same mindset. The trio belted, “I’m a survivor, I’m not gon’ give up, I’m not gon’ stop, I’m gon’ work harder. I’m a survivor, I’m gonna make it, I will survive, keep on survivin’.”

I said it before and I will say it again, you were not genetically designed to give up. You were designed to live a purposeful life, a life that’s worth living happily. So whether it’s attaining your dream job, mending a broken relationship or shedding a few extra pounds…you can do it! No one ever said it was going to be easy, but if you choose to not give up you will survive through it!
